Lucy is the patient service and insurance coordinator at L.A. Vision Optometry. From her years of experience as an optician working with different insurance companies, she will help you get the most coverage out of your vision insurance. From your first call to our office, Arlene will work with you to make the visit to our office the most economical and pleasurable by you walking out with the highest quality of eyewear and paying the least out of pocket.
